• Manage your booking history in your client area.
• Keep the platform secure against misuse.

Transmission: Your information is shared only with the specific establishment you booked with.

Confidentiality: We never sell your data to third parties. Your data is hosted on secure servers in Switzerland or Europe.

5. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After prolonged inactivity (24 months), your personal data is deleted or anonymised, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
